Job summary

Coupang in Bangalore is seeking a Product Manager to own the vision and roadmap for a full settlement and payout platform. You will work with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering to build auditable settlement capabilities, reporting, and partner-facing transparency while tracking accuracy and timeliness metrics.

Travel to Korea on an as-needed basis and drive prioritization with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of product delivery experience.
• Experience in finance, fintech, payments, or marketplace platforms.
• Settlement, payout, reconciliation, or related financial systems.
• Strong data, metrics, and analytical problem solving.
• Clear written and verbal communication with cross-functional partners.
• English fluency; Korean language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for settlement and payout platform.
• Partner with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Compliance, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Drive end-to-end delivery with engineering: requirements, design, development, launch, and iteration.
• Define and track success metrics and optimize platform performance.
• Increase transparency through reporting and diagnostics for internal teams and partners.
