Job summary

Right Head Hr Consultants seeks a Head – New Product Development (NPD) to lead the production setup and cost optimization for new offerings. You will create AutoCAD drawings, prepare PPAP and IATF-compliant development documents, and drive projects from concept to successful launch.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership in manufacturing, a background in mechanical engineering, and hands-on experience with quality systems and cross-functional collaboration.
