As a Product Manager in Commercial and Investment Banking - Payments Client testing team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end‑to‑end product life cycle. You act as the voice of the customer and develop profitable products that provide client value. Leveraging a deep understanding of how to launch a product, you guide successful launches, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top‑tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the EMEA Client Testing function for Payments, ensuring robust and efficient testing processes.
  • Understand and articulate client testing needs, translating requirements into effective testing strategies.
  • Oversee onboarding of payments into the CTE environment, ensuring thorough understanding of processing and operations.
  • Drive transformation and change programs, implementing best practices and managing client testing initiatives.
  • Optimize processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Champion automation initiatives to streamline testing and operational processes, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Use data analytics to derive actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
  • Generate and analyze Management Information Systems (MIS) reports on product usage and performance.
  • Partner with Incident Management teams for root cause analysis, identifying themes and driving resolution.
  • Provide strong leadership, guiding and mentoring teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Influence and manage stakeholders across regions and functions, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Deep expertise in the payments domain, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Proven experience in leading and implementing transformation and change programs.
  • Demonstrated success in process optimization and driving operational improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive automation initiatives.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision‑making.
  • Track record of driving data‑driven decisions and generating insightful MIS reports.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in guiding and mentoring teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex problems and drive consensus.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • Experience in the payments domain, with a background in Payments Operations or Product Management.
  • Experience leading or implementing large‑scale transformation programs.
  • Recognized payments domain expertise, with a strong network and industry reputation.
