Job summary

StoneX Group Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for the Payments team to lead efforts to optimize and expand payment solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define, prioritize, and execute initiatives that enhance efficiency, user experience, and data accuracy in payment systems. You will work closely with developers to translate business requirements into actionable plans, manage the product backlog, and drive initiatives that align with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management roles, with a focus on payments or fintech.
• Prior experience with system integrations and understanding of API and system integration principles.
• Results-driven mindset, ability to manage change and drive initiatives forward.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to design digital processes and define functional requirements.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.

As a Product Manager within the Payments team at StoneX, you will play a pivotal role in leading our efforts to optimize and expand our payment solutions. Joining a dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to define, prioritize, and execute initiatives that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience in our payment systems.

Primary duties will include:

• Lead discussions to clarify requirements, refine user stories, and validate solutions; take ownership of product design, ensuring both functional and technical considerations are met.
• Work closely with developers to assess technical feasibility and translate business requirements into actionable plans.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring readiness of features for development and aligning with business goals.
• Utilize your influence and expertise to engage with technology and business stakeholders, guiding decisions that align with strategic objectives.
