Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand the system’s functional and non‑functional requirements in defining product vision.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Operations, Process, Risk, Compliance, IT, and Vendors) to execute projects.
• Perform project costing with external vendors.
• Arrange regular training to educate the front‑end sales team on product enhancements.
• Ensure proper implementation of all regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for all ongoing projects.
