Job summary

Halonix Technologies in Uttar Pradesh is seeking a Product Manager to drive the product strategy, roadmap and technical execution of lighting products. You will define the long-term vision and own the lifecycle of the lighting portfolio, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.

You will conduct market research, analyze competitors, and collaborate with sales, production, marketing and engineering to bring products to market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Management.
• Proven track record in product management within the lighting or electrical industry.
• Deep understanding of LED technology, driver components and smart lighting platforms.
• Familiarity with industry testing standards and application engineering principles.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and project management capabilities.
• Data-driven decision-making skills and strong strategic thinking.
