Job summary

Cloutgency is seeking a Product Manager Intern to work closely with leadership and diverse teams, translating ideas into executable product requirements. You’ll conduct user and market research, draft briefs and stories, and help drive features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.

You will gain hands-on experience across discovery, roadmap planning, documentation and collaboration with design, tech, and marketing teams, while learning agile practices and AI-driven automation.

Responsibilities

• Understand business and operational problems faced by Cloutgency and its clients.
• Conduct user and market research to identify product opportunities.
• Convert business problems into clear product requirements.
• Create product briefs, PRDs, user stories and feature documentation.
• Work with design, technology, marketing and business teams to execute product initiatives.
• Help prioritise features based on impact, effort and business value.
• Create user journeys and basic product flows.
• Coordinate with developers/designers and track product development.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis.
• Assist with product testing and quality assurance before launches.
• Collect feedback from internal teams and users.
• Analyse product performance and recommend improvements.
• Maintain product roadmaps and project trackers.
• Help build internal tools, processes and automation for Cloutgency.
• Support the launch and adoption of new products/features.
