Job summary

Victopia Labs Enterprise Software Solutions is seeking a Product Management Trainee to work with our Founder and technology teams, gaining hands-on exposure to customer needs, product strategy, and delivery of innovative solutions.

You will collaborate across design, development, and client interfaces, draft detailed requirements, and help manage the product backlog while learning to translate feedback into actionable tasks for improved user experience.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in CS, Business, Design, or related field.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Prior internship or project experience in product management, development, or design is a bonus.

As a Product Management Trainee, you will work closely with our Founder and technology teams to understand customer needs, contribute to product strategy, and ensure seamless delivery of innovative solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring product managers to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and clients, to ensure the product vision aligns with business goals.
• Assist in creating detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support the team in prioritizing and managing the product backlog.
• Actively participate in product brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to improve user experience.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with the product vision.
• Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to recommend improvements.

Core Competencies

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Business, Design, or a related field.
• Passion for technology and product management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make decisions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Prior internship or project experience in product management, development, or design is a bonus but not mandatory.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience in leadership position and/or positions of responsibility in School, College
• Previous internship or project experience in product management, development, or design.
