• Market & Customer Insights: Analyze customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Build development and launch roadmaps; define go-to-market strategies; contribute to CBC3 strategy.
• Product Development & Execution: Manage end-to-end product development with project managers; prioritize opportunities.
• Commercial & Operational Excellence: Monitor stock levels, safety stock, and supply chain KPIs; drive profitability and lifecycle.
• Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing on sales tools and launches; deliver training; influence cross-functional teams.
• Additional Responsibilities: Support TEOA execution; participate in customer meetings and global coordination.

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Product Management Teams manage all aspects of a product, from driving new product development to manufacturing to marketing. They are responsible for overall product strategy, business leadership and capacity plans in order to meet sales and profit targets.

Responsibilities

Market & Customer Insights

• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities
• Identify innovation areas aligned with CBC3 strategy

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Build product development and launch roadmaps
• Define go-to-market strategies and target customers
• Contribute to overall CBC3 product and marketing strategy

Product Development & Execution

• Manage new product development end-to-end with project managers
• Prioritize opportunities based on strategy and pipeline

Commercial & Operational Excellence

• Monitor stock levels, safety stock, and supply chain KPIs
• Drive product profitability and lifecycle optimization
• Provide technical and commercial support for the product portfolio

Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing for sales tools and product launches
• Deliver product training programs (internal & external)
• Influence cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
