Job summary

Tata 1mg is seeking a Product Manager I for the Consumer Product team in India. You will own high-impact areas across discovery, personalization, conversion, and retention, guiding products from problem framing to scaled rollout with strong data-driven decisions.

You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Analytics to embed AI/LLM use cases and drive measurable outcomes for millions of healthcare journeys.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience with at least 1 year in Product Management.
• Experience in consumer commerce, marketplace, or transactional consumer internet products.
• Strong hands-on understanding of AI tools, LLM workflows, or AI-powered products.
• Strong analytical skills - SQL, dashboards, experimentation, and funnel analytics.
• Track record of influencing metrics such as conversion, retention, AOV, NPS, or LTV.
• Strong problem-solving and written communication skills.
• High ownership and bias for action.
• Tier 1 undergraduate institution; top-tier MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use data, experimentation, funnel analysis, and metrics to drive measurable outcomes.
• Identify and embed AI/LLM use cases including personalization, conversational discovery, intent understanding, agentic workflows, and automation.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Analytics teams.
• Partner with Business, Category, Operations, and CX teams to turn business priorities into scalable products.
• Build reusable and extensible product capabilities across multiple verticals.
