Job summary

BookMyMentor is seeking a product manager to oversee the product roadmap for AI-powered health intelligence features. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineering, data science, and clinical teams to ship products used by GCC and Fortune 500 clients. A strong understanding of AI and hands-on experience with tools like Hugging Face are essential.

This role demands a fast learner and excellent communicator who can manage projects end-to-end. Previous experience in shipping products in health or enterprise SaaS is preferred.

Qualifications

• You’ve shipped products before; health, enterprise SaaS or data platforms experience is a bonus.
• Fast learner with comfort in switching tools and frameworks.

Job description

We need a PM who gets both product and machine learning. Own product roadmap for AI-powered health intelligence features risk scoring, predictive engines, smart reports. Work with engineering, data science, and clinical teams to ship products that GCC and Fortune 500 clients actually use. Define specs, write PRDs, prioritise ruthlessly, and make hard trade-offs with incomplete information. Explore and integrate emerging AI capabilities LLMs, computer vision, on-device inference where they create real value.

Requirements

• IIT or Tier-1 education background this is non-negotiable
• You’ve shipped products before. Bonus if it involved health, enterprise SaaS, or data platforms
• Hands‑on comfort with AI/ML not just buzzwords. You should know your way around Hugging Face, prompt engineering, vibe coding with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar. If you’ve built something real with these, that’s a huge plus
• Fast learner with a bias for action — you pick up new tools, frameworks, and domains quickly and don’t wait for permission to figure things out
• Strong communicator who can manage key aspects of a project end‑to‑end from stakeholder alignment to sprint‑level execution
• MBA? Not required. We care about what you’ve built, not what degree you hold.
• AI fluency? absolutely required. If you haven’t used Hugging Face, played with open‑source models, or built something with LLMs this might not be the right fit yet. But if you’re obsessively learning, we want to talk.
