Job summary

SuperProfile, India's leading all-in-one monetization platform for creators, seeks an AI-first Product Manager (Growth) who ships rapidly and uses data to drive decisions. You will own the product lifecycle, drive growth and GTM strategies, and leverage AI-native tools to prototype and ship features quickly.

You will analyze user data to identify growth levers, shape the product roadmap, and collaborate in a fast-paced startup environment focused on monetizing creators.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building with AI coding tools beyond casual usage.
• Strong experience with product analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Proven track record of owning a product or feature end-to-end, from research to launch.
• Strong growth instincts and GTM thinking.
• Experience in a fast-moving startup environment.

We're looking for an AI-first Product Manager (Growth) who builds fast, thinks in data, and sees AI as a core part of the product craft - not just a novelty.

• Own the full product lifecycle - from research and discovery to build, launch, and iteration
• Drive growth & GTM strategy for new and existing features
• Dive into product analytics and user data to identify growth levers and shape the roadmap
• Prototype, experiment, and ship faster using AI-native tools

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience building with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc. - beyond casual usage
• Strong experience with product analytics and data-driven decision-making
• Proven track record of owning a product or feature end-to-end, from research to launch
• Strong growth instincts and GTM thinking
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment
• Experience working in an early-stage/high-growth startup
