About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager with a strong background in fintech and digital financial products. You will be at the center of product innovation—building intuitive, secure, and scalable financial solutions that solve real customer pain points. This role requires a unique blend of product vision, user empathy, and technical understanding to deliver seamless experiences in payments, lending, investing, or digital banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for fintech offerings (payments, wallets, lending, wealth, or related domains).
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: from discovery, requirement gathering, and design → to launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams to build customer-centric products.
• Ensure products are compliant with financial regulations and industry standards.
• Leverage customer insights, data, and market research to make informed product decisions.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure product performance and continuously optimize.
• Stay ahead of fintech trends, competitor moves, and emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, open banking, etc.).

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 4–8 years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in fintech/financial services.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of payments, banking systems, lending, or wealth management.
• Skills:
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical mindset.
  • Strong execution ability with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bonus Points:
  • Exposure to regulatory environments (RBI, SEBI, PCI-DSS, etc.).
