Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience.
• 3+ years experience leading AI/ML product initiatives at scale (enterprise or B2B preferred).
• APAC market experience; role supports enterprise product strategy and go-to-market across APAC markets.
• Track record shipping products that drove measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers.
• Experience developing and scaling AI-native strategies including evals and data strategies across teams.
• Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments and influencing without authority.
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies.
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews).
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact (efficiency gains, quality improvements).
