Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a marketing professional to join the Business Banking Assets team. In this role, you will establish positioning and develop marketing plans tailored to various target audiences. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer insights and optimizing strategies.

You will also partner with our performance marketing team to design tactics that improve conversion rates and maintain actionable dashboards for visibility. Industry experience in SME/MSME lending will be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans / communication calendar with specific objectives across different channels and cohorts.
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
• Continuously analyze funnel metrics (drop‑offs, TAT, disbursal conversion) and extract key insights for future campaign development and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Partner with performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve nurturing tactics.
• Work closely with the business team to improve conversion rate and maintain dashboards that enable lead status visibility and actionable insights for the business team.

Product Overview

Business Banking Assets (BBA) is a part of the consumer assets department of the bank, focusing on lending to the SME/MSME & self‑employed professionals space. It includes Working Capital (secured lending), Unsecured Business loans, and Healthcare Finance. The incumbent will be part of this department.

We specialize in structuring deals for the self‑employed segment by offering fund‑based products such as Cash Credit & OD, Term Loans (secured and unsecured), Equipment Finance, as well as non‑fund products like Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Foreign Exchange, and Trade Products.
