Job summary

JiBe is seeking a Product Manager for Business Intelligence in Navi Mumbai to own the BI product strategy, roadmap, and delivery. You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, and data teams to translate business needs into technical specs and actionable user stories.

You will oversee dashboards, reports, and data models, ensure data quality, and promote self-service analytics while championing governance and robust pipelines. Strong SQL and BI tool expertise are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership & Strategy

• Define and drive the BI product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Align BI initiatives with business goals and user needs across departments.
• Identify opportunities to improve data accessibility, visualization, and reporting.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with business units (Finance, Operations, Sales, etc.) to gather requirements and prioritize BI features.

Execution & Delivery

• Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and developers to deliver BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality BI products with intuitive UX and reliable data.

• Partner with data teams to ensure robust data pipelines and accurate reporting.

User Enablement & Adoption

• Promote self-service BI tools and data literacy across the organization.

Performance Monitoring

• Monitor usage, performance, and impact of BI products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in product management, data analytics, or BI.
• Strong understanding of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik).
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Experience working in Agile environments and managing product backlogs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or data-centric products.
• Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing, and API integrations.
• Ability to balance technical depth with business strategy.
• Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
