Cognizant is seeking an experienced Product Manager with 3-6 years to support the data product organization for Data Strategy & Execution. You will translate business goals into epics and stories and help drive delivery through Agile ceremonies and governance.

Working under a Senior Product Manager, you will create sprint scopes, clarify doubts, participate in Scrum ceremonies, and contribute to robust data governance. Prior experience in Capital Markets operations is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 3–6 years of experience as Junior Product Manager on data projects.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience creating user stories with senior PM.

Aufgaben

• Assist Senior Product Manager in EPICS creation.
• Draft detailed scope for each sprint goal and resolve team questions promptly.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to track progress and align with goals.
• Support data governance practices implementation.
• 1-2 years hands-on ops experience in Capital Markets lending, transaction banking, and private/commercial banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Work under Senior Product Manager and support EPICS creation activities
• Create detailed scope document for each sprint goal and clarify any doubts of project team timely
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies to track progress and ensure it align with project goals.
• Support implementation of robust data governance practices
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in operations in Capital Market in Lending, Transaction Banking, Private and Commercial Banking.
