Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Lifecycle Support: Collaborate with the product team to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and iteration.
2. Requirement Gathering: Understand and analyze complex product requirements, working closely with customers, stakeholders, and the product team to define and document clear, actionable specifications.
3. Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the link between customers, developers, QA, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the development cycle.
4. Technical Acumen: Apply a strong understanding of software development processes to effectively communicate with technical teams and contribute to the planning and execution of development activities.
5. Customer Focus: Advocate for customer needs and pain points, translating them into features and solutions that deliver measurable value.
