Our reputed client in the Molecular Diagnostics industry is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the RT-PCR product portfolio across global markets.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the RT-PCR product portfolio across global markets. This role involves end-to-end product lifecycle management, global market strategy execution, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth, market expansion, and leadership in molecular diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the lifecycle of RT-PCR products from ideation to global commercialization.
• Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies ensuring strong brand positioning.
• Drive customer segmentation, acquisition, and retention strategies across international markets.
• Collaborate with sales and regional teams to drive adoption and revenue growth.
• Conduct global market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and opportunity mapping.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and partners in molecular diagnostics.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and customer engagement programs.
• Develop pricing strategies and conduct margin analysis to ensure profitability.
• Support field teams by improving sales conversion cycles and providing technical expertise.
• Coordinate with supply chain for demand forecasting, inventory planning, and global distribution.
• Lead product training initiatives and develop technical and marketing content.
• Support lead management and expansion into new geographies.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in product management in Diagnostics, IVD, or Healthcare.
• Strong understanding of RT-PCR technologies and global market dynamics.
• Experience in global product launches and international market exposure.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
