Job summary

EPAM Systems in India seeks an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Product Manager to translate business needs into Epics and user stories. You will work with the onsite product owner to shape the roadmap, define capabilities, and ensure the product delivers measurable business outcomes.

You will manage product lifecycle, collaborate with stakeholders, and participate in sprint reviews and incident triage. Strong communication and detailed analysis are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10-15 years of IT experience.
• At least 8 years in business analysis and requirements management.
• Experience in Product Management, including Roadmap, Vision, and Life Cycle.
• Experience in Financial Services; Asset Management background is a plus.
• Strong business acumen with ability to represent business and customer viewpoints.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; a Master's degree in Computer Science is a plus
• 10-15 years of overall IT experience
• At least 8 years of experience in business analysis and requirements management
• Experience in Product Management, covering Product Roadmap, Product Vision, and Product Life Cycle
• Experience in Financial Services, with Asset Management background considered a significant advantage
• Strong business acumen with the ability to represent both business and end-customer viewpoints
• Effective communication and presentation abilities
