Job summary

Epam Systems in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Product Manager with a Financial Services background focused on Wealth Management. You will shape product vision, own epics and stories, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver meaningful business value.

You will collaborate with onsite proxy PO, drive outcomes, and ensure backlog prioritization with strong communication and domain expertise in Wealth Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar; master's degree in computer science preferred.
• 10-15 years of overall experience in IT.
• 8+ years in Product Owner / Product Manager, business analysis and requirements management.
• Background in Product Management.
• Background in Financial Services, preferably Wealth Management.
• Strong business acumen and ability to provide business/end-customer perspective.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize capabilities, Epics and Stories to manage scope.

• Participate in incident triaging.
• Be the go-to person for business questions or clarifications.

• Participate in sprint review demo and provide feedback
• Track the feedback and ensure that feedback is part of backlog and prioritized
• Participate in incident triaging
• Serve as the go-to person for any business question or clarification

Requirements
