Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Product Manager with a Financial Services background and Wealth Management experience considered a huge plus. The role involves defining epics, stories and acceptance criteria, shaping the product vision, and prioritizing backlog items.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the onsite proxy PO, elaborating business logic, and participating in sprint reviews and incident triaging. Strong communication and domain knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar.
• Master's degree in computer science is preferred.
• 10–15 years of IT experience.
• 8+ years in Product Owner / Product Manager, business analysis or requirements management.
• Background in Financial Services, preferably Wealth Management.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
