Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies for speciality gases (high purity gases, calibration gases, gas mixtures, rare gases, etc.).
• Identify new business opportunities and applications across industries such as pharma, semiconductor, laboratories, and research institutions
• Drive revenue growth and profitability of the speciality gases portfolio
• Provide technical expertise and application support to the sales and customer teams
• Manage product lifecycle including development of new gas mixtures and customized solutions
• Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy formulation
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, OEMs, and institutional clients
• Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure consistent product quality and availability
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality certifications
• Support business expansion initiatives including new product launches and market entry strategies

The Product Manager – Speciality Gases will be responsible for driving the growth, strategy, and profitability of the speciality gas portfolio across India. The role focuses on high-value gases used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, electronics, research, calibration, and advanced manufacturing, ensuring strong market penetration and customer satisfaction.

AirLife Gases Pvt. Ltd, is a re-entry strategy to Indian Market. Focus industries would be High tech such Fibre optics, Electronics, Metal fabrication, Pharmaceuticals & Research.

Exploring M&A opportunities overseas to add synergy benefits such as technical capabilities, sourcing molecules & brand building.
