Job summary

Unknown is hiring for Deputy Manager/Manager- Product & Strategy at Mahalaxmi, Mumbai. You will own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, define roadmaps, and translate guidelines into PRDs and user stories.

Work with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal and Risk to deliver compliant, scalable solutions. You will design digital onboarding and servicing journeys, push STP, support UAT and go-live, and use data to prioritize features and improvements.

Qualifications

• Education: graduate or postgraduate degree.
• 5-7 years of experience in product management or business solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including regulatory/compliance.

Responsibilities

We are hiring for one of our leading client for the role of Deputy Manager/Manager- Product & Strategy at Mahalaxmi, Mumbai Location

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and enhancements
• Define product roadmap aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and regulatory requirements
• Translate regulatory guidelines, business requirements, and operational needs into functional specifications, PRDs, and user stories
• Work closely with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to deliver compliant and scalable solutions
• Design and improve digital customer and partner journeys across onboarding, transactions, servicing, and reporting
• Drive straight-through processing (STP), reduce manual interventions, and improve turnaround times
• Support UAT, go-live readiness, and post-implementation issue resolution
• Track key product metrics and use data insights to drive prioritization

Essential Conditions:

Education: Graduate / Post Graduate.

Work exp: 5-7 years of experience in the product management / business solutions roles.

Work related skills:

• Hands-on experience with PRDs, user stories, and Agile or hybrid delivery models
• Behavioural Traits: Entrepreneurial, high ownership, execution-focused and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
