Job summary

Ssmatrix Consultancy is seeking an experienced product manager/BD professional to drive dispensing programs from scoping to delivery in India. You will own RFPs, coordinate vendor evaluation, and align design with BOM/DFM for capital equipment.

Travel to customer sites is expected to build a robust pipeline and drive strategic growth. You will partner with design, sales, and operations to translate market needs into a compelling product roadmap and business case, while presenting to leadership

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in product management, business development or technical sales for capital equipment and industrial automation.
  • Engineering background with comfort reading technical specs, DFM, and BOMs.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a customer-facing technical program from scoping through closure.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to build a business case for leadership.
  • Willingness to travel for customer and partner floor visits.

Responsibilities

  • Familiarity with electronics assembly processes (e.g., primer, sealant, underfill, masking, TIM).
