Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities based on market trends and business objectives.
• Gather and analyse customer, market, and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Collaborate with Development, UI/UX, QA, Sales, and Support to plan and deliver features and enhancements.
• Create and maintain product documentation including PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features and manage the product roadmap based on impact and feasibility.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Lead UAT, product testing, and feature validation to meet requirements.
• Design intuitive experiences across web and mobile applications.

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Jaipur.

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities based on market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
• Gather and analyse customer, market, and stakeholder feedback to identify product opportunities and improvements.
• Work closely with Development, UI/UX, QA, Sales, and Support teams to plan and deliver product features and enhancements.
• Create and maintain product documentation including PRDs, user stories, feature specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize product features and manage the product roadmap based on business impact, customer requirements, and technical feasibility.
• Coordinate with development teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Lead UAT, product testing, and feature validation to ensure the product meets business and user requirements.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly experiences across web and mobile applications.
• Monitor product performance, analyse user feedback and adoption, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to communicate product plans, progress, and priorities.

Qualifications

• Strong product management skills, including roadmap planning, requirements definition, and stakeholder coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA, B.Tech, BCA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS, ERP, EdTech, or technology products.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business and customer requirements into clear product specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working with PRDs, user stories, product roadmaps, UAT, and UI/UX teams.
• Strong ownership, strategic thinking, and ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
