Job summary

Unolo in Gurugram is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our B2B SaaS platform. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership to turn customer feedback into scalable product solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B SaaS product management, a strong grasp of Agile/Scrum, and hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Notion. You will drive product adoption and measure success with analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and managing product backlogs.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our B2B SaaS platform. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership to build products that solve real customer problems and drive business growth.The ideal candidate has prior experience building B2B SaaS products, understands enterprise customer workflows, and enjoys converting customer feedback into scalable product solutions. Experience in HRTech, Workforce Management, CRM, or Field Force Management products will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap from ideation to launch.
• Conduct customer interviews to identify pain points and product opportunities.

• Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
