Job summary

DentalKart is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and scale AI-first product initiatives—from 0-to-1 builds to optimizing GenAI-powered workflows. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, LLM/agentic system design, and cross-functional execution, translating business goals into measurable AI-enabled outcomes.

You will own the AI product roadmap end-to-end—scoping the right problems and proving impact with data-driven metrics before rollout.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Product Management experience with GenAI/LLM features
• Proven shipping of metrics-driven products (resolution time, CSAT, retention, revenue)
• Strong technical fluency: RAG, prompt engineering, APIs, system design
• Experience writing PRDs and leading cross-functional delivery in Agile
• Bachelor's or Master's from a top-tier institute preferred
• Prior experience at a high-growth product company preferred

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI product roadmap from discovery to rollout
• Define and scope Conversational AI, Agentic AI, and GAI-based features
• Write PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and collaborate with Eng
• Define North Star metrics and run experiments/AB tests
• Collaborate with Eng, Design, Data Science, Sales, and Ops to align OKRs
• Manage stakeholder relationships across enterprise clients

ABOUT THE ROLE

DentalKart is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own andscale AI-first product initiatives — from 0-to-1 builds to optimizing existingGenAI-powered workflows. This is a role at the intersection of productstrategy, LLM/agentic system design, and cross-functional execution, and weneed someone who can translate DentalKart's business goals into measurable,AI-enabled product outcomes rather than just shipping features for their ownsake.

You will be the owner of the AI product roadmap end-to-end —sharp enough to scope the right problem, and rigorous enough to prove it moveda real metric before calling it done.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• End-to-endAI product strategy: Owningthe roadmap for AI/GenAI-driven features — from problem discovery throughlaunch and iteration — rather than just executing a backlog handed to you.
• Conversationaland agentic system design: Designingand scoping Conversational AI, Agentic AI, RAG-based retrieval, orrecommendation systems that improve customer engagement, operationalefficiency, or revenue.
• PRDsand engineering partnership: Writing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and workingclosely with engineering to reduce ambiguity and back-and-forth.
• Metricsand experimentation: Definingand tracking North Star and supporting metrics (accuracy, CSAT, resolutiontime, retention, conversion), and running A/B tests to validate hypothesesbefore full rollout.
• Cross-functionalalignment: Partneringwith Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, and Ops to align the roadmapwith DentalKart's business OKRs.
• Stakeholderand escalation management: Managingstakeholder relationships across enterprise clients or internal business units,including escalation handling.
• LLMevaluation and guardrails: Buildingor overseeing LLM evaluation frameworks, prompt versioning, and guardraildesign where applicable.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5–7 yearsof Product Management experience, with at least 1–2 years working directly onGenAI/LLM-based features (chatbots, voice agents, recommendation engines, orautomation tools).
• Proventrack record of shipping products that moved a clear metric — resolution time,CSAT, retention, revenue, or cost savings.
• Strongtechnical fluency — comfortable discussing RAG, prompt engineering, APIs, andsystem design with engineering teams, even if not hands-on coding.
• Experiencewriting PRDs and driving cross-functional delivery in an agile environment.
• Bachelor's/Master'sfrom a top-tier institute preferred.
• Priorexperience at a high-growth product company preferred.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experiencewith tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, SQL, Tableau/Power BI.
• Familiaritywith GenAI tooling (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Lovable, Kiro) for rapid prototyping.
• Experiencemanaging or working closely with cross-functional PODsmembers.
