Job summary

RekNomics is seeking an experienced Product Manager in Bengaluru to own end-to-end product initiatives for SaaS or enterprise software. You will translate user needs into clear specifications, work with engineering and design, and drive launches and adoption.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, effective communication with engineering teams, and a proactive mindset with accountability. You will balance customer needs with technical constraints and prioritize across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of hands-on Product Management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology-driven products.
• Experience owning features or product initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Ability to write structured product requirements and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and a data-informed approach to decision-making.
• Confidence in stakeholder management, prioritization, and working through ambiguity.
• A proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
