Job summary

Pine Labs in India seeks a Product Manager for KYC and Onboarding to lead the strategy and execution of compliant, customer‑friendly onboarding processes.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Sales, Customer Success and Engineering to define the roadmap, metrics, and data models, and to explore AI opportunities that improve efficiency and adoption. Documentation and training materials will also be developed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of product management experience in financial services/onboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, CS or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Strong analytical and regulatory interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the vision for KYC and Onboarding products aligned to goals.
• Create and manage the roadmap for KYC and Onboarding features.
• Engage with Compliance, Risk, Sales, Customer Success and Engineering and customers to gather needs.

Role Purpose

We are looking for a Product Manager for KYC and Onboarding will be responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of KYC (Know Your Customer) processes and onboarding solutions. This role involves enhancing customer experience while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding processes and implement innovative solutions that meet business objectives.

Responsibilities We Entrust You With

Product Strategy & Vision

Define and communicate the vision for KYC and Onboarding products, aligning them with business goals and customer needs.

Roadmap Development

Create and manage the roadmap for KYC and Onboarding products, prioritizing features based on impact, feasibility, and business value.

Stakeholder Engagement

Work with internal teams (Compliance, Risk, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering) and external customers to gather feedback, identify requirements, and prioritize features.

User Experience

Partner with UX/UI teams to design intuitive, process efficient, compliant, and user-friendly onboarding, ensuring seamless navigation and data interpretation.

Data Modeling & Metrics

Define key metrics and data models to measure product performance, user engagement, and operational efficiency.

Analytics & Insights

Analyze user interaction with dashboards and data tools, gathering insights to improve the user experience and drive adoption.

Documentation & Training

Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials to support internal and external users in understanding and using the dashboards effectively.

Innovation

Identify opportunities using AI to increase the onboarding efficiency and new segment to invest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management, particularly in financial services/merchant Onboarding.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
