Job summary

Photon is seeking a Product Manager to own the Shop App, driving day-to-day operations and delivering value through data-driven enhancements. You will work with developers, designers, and marketers to translate user feedback into actionable features, write user stories and prioritize improvements aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate has 5-8 years in product management with a technical background, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5-8 years in product management with 1-3 years development experience, preferably in tech or e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and fast-paced development environments.
