myHQ is looking for a Product Manager to join our product team. You will own key product areas end-to-end, from discovery and prioritisation to shipping and measuring outcomes, with an AI-native mindset and high ownership.

You will write crisp PRDs, build functional prototypes using Figma or no-code tools, conduct user research, analyse data and funnels, and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and ops to ship features that drive real business impact.

About the Role

myHQ is looking for a Product Manager to join our product team. You will own key product areas end-to-end, from discovery and prioritisation to shipping and measuring outcomes. We're looking for someone who is AI-native, takes high ownership, and can move fast without losing sight of the user. Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for assigned areas, driving prioritisation based on user needs, business goals, and data.
• Write detailed PRDs and create functional prototypes to clearly communicate product intent to engineering and design.
• Define clear problem statements and align engineering and design on what to build and why.
• Conduct user research, analyse behavioural data, and synthesise insights into actionable product decisions.
• Leverage AI tools natively to accelerate product discovery, prototyping, spec writing, and competitive research.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and ops to ship features end-to-end.
• Monitor product health through dashboards, funnels, and KPIs; own outcomes, not just output.
• Identify and drive process improvements across product workflows.
• Proactively communicate product decisions, trade-offs, and learnings to leadership and stakeholders.
