Job Description

We are seeking a user‑obsessed AI Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle for our fintech offerings. You will be the voice of the customer, driving vision, roadmap, and strategy from ideation to launch. You will use AI tools actively and daily to synthesize research, draft PRDs, generate competitive analyses, and work with the engineering pod at speed.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) as a primary productivity layer. AI‑assisted PRD writing, user research synthesis, competitive analysis, and backlog prioritization are expected, not aspirational. Every PRD must include an AI Research Summary section.
• Conduct in‑depth market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify pain points in the Indian fintech landscape.
• Translate product strategy into detailed PRDs, epics, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Own and manage the product backlog; prioritize features based on user impact and business value in close collaboration with the engineering team.
• Collaborate with the SDET and SDE‑II in an agile pod as the bridge between design, engineering, and business.
• Define and analyze KPIs and OKRs to measure product success and drive data‑informed iterations.
• Stay current with RBI, NPCI, and SEBI regulatory guidelines to ensure product compliance.
• Lead Go‑To‑Market strategy and collaborate with marketing for product launches.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in fintech, payments, or financial services – mandatory.
• Proven track record of shipping successful B2C or B2B fintech products in India.
• AI‑First (Mandatory): Daily user of Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent AI tools for research synthesis, PRD drafting, and competitive analysis. Must demonstrate a real AI‑integrated PM workflow.
• Deep understanding of the Indian fintech ecosystem: UPI, payment gateways, lending, KYC, digital banking.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills – data and metrics drive your decisions.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder alignment skills.

Preferred Skills

• Engineering or MBA background.
• Experience with A/B testing and product analytics tools.
• Exposure to AI‑powered product features or LLM‑integrated product development.

Education & Experience

• Degree in Engineering, Business (MBA preferred), or related field.
• 2+ years PM experience with clear fintech depth and demonstrated AI tool usage.
