Job summary

IITBase is building a two-sided hiring platform that connects graduates from top engineering and management institutes with companies seeking talent. We seek a Product Manager to optimize both sides of the marketplace, from candidate journey to recruiter workspace and post-discovery engagement.

You will partner with engineering to ship features that move metrics daily, rely on data to drive decisions, and write clear specs and release notes for the team and users alike.

Qualifications

• Comfort with data: you can write a SQL query or read a funnel and tell a real change from noise.
• Clear writing: specs, release notes and the words users actually see.
• Curiosity about hiring from both sides of the table.
