Job Summary

Type: FT | Location: Offshore | Title: Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master / Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Assists with the Discovery, Definition and Development activities
• Facilitates task estimations and prioritization; monitors, tracks and decides on issues and risks, and escalates impediments
• Monitors resourcing, provides input to address critical bottlenecks, and plans and implements risk mitigation
• Runs project management activities such as sprint planning, story grooming, and sprint retrospection
• Provides regular updates on overall project health, risks, and growth opportunities; identifies and acts on growth opportunities

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience working on at least one product development project with knowledge and hands‑on experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Strong technical background in at least one area such as Java/.Net application development, AWS or DevOps

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; able to communicate with technical people as well as management and business
• High-energy, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to function under pressure in an independent environment
