• Speak directly with customers to uncover their core needs and pain points
• Own critical product decisions and their downstream impact
• Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to ship features
• Take full accountability for the results of your work

What you'll do

• Conduct customer research and translate findings into product strategy
• Define features, prioritize the roadmap, and drive execution
• Work hands-on with the team rather than delegate from the sidelines
• Learn from setbacks, iterate, and push toward a world-class outcome

What we're looking for

• A builder with hunger to learn, unlearn, and adapt at speed
• Someone who bounces back from failed experiments and extracts lessons from them
• The conviction that responsible AI is fundamental to lasting products
• Real ownership mentality—you've shipped something meaningful or taken end-to-end responsibility for a project
• Ambition to create something exceptional and lasting

Background

• 1–3 years of experience is ideal for this stage
• If your background is unconventional but you've owned and built something real, we want to hear it
