Job summary

GoReach, a wealth companion for people in India, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own what we build and why. You’ll turn three ideas into a product people trust with money, balancing AI capabilities with a trusted expert and the regulatory framework.

You’ll define success, set metrics, and turn regulated steps like KYC and disclosures into product decisions, while shipping small, sharp features and learning fast through experiments with users.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management with shipped products.
• Experience in fintech or similar trust-based domain.
• Ability to reason and explain decisions to a mixed audience.
• Experience shipping AI features and products.

Responsibilities

• Own the GoReach app from first session to investment and ongoing relationship.
• Define how the AI companion and the named expert work together, including handover.
• Define success metrics and the path to product impact while staying compliant.
• Convert KYC, risk profiling and disclosures into product decisions.
• Write clear specs, prioritize MVPs, and ship small initial releases.
• Talk to users and experts weekly and run experiments to validate ideas.

GoReach is a wealth companion for people in India. We're built for people with real money and real goals who don't have the time, or the confidence, to stay on top of either. Today they juggle a dozen apps, endless alerts and finfluencer noise, and very little of it helps them decide anything.

We're building something calmer. Every GoReach user gets three things:

• Signal over noise: only the few things that need their attention right now, and nothing else
• An AI companion: one that understands their portfolio and is there whenever a question or a worry comes up
• A named expert: a real person who knows their situation and can weigh in on their portfolio

These three ideas are the whole product. Everything we design and build has to make them feel true.

The role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own what GoReach builds, and why. You'll turn three ideas into a product people trust with their money, inside the rules of a regulated industry. You'll decide what a new user gets before we ask them for anything, where the AI ends and the expert begins, and how we know a product built to stay quiet is working.

What you'll do

• Own the GoReach app, from a user's first session to their first investment and the relationship after it
• Decide how the AI companion and the named expert work together, and where the handover happens
• Define what success looks like for a product built to stay quiet, and the metrics that keep us honest
• Turn regulated steps like KYC, risk profiling and disclosures into product decisions, not afterthoughts
• Write clear specs, prioritise hard and keep the first version of everything small
• Talk to users and experts every week, and run experiments that can prove us wrong

You'll fit if you

• Have 3+ years in product management, with products you've shipped and the numbers they moved
• Have worked in fintech or another category where trust matters, like health or insurance
• Question the brief before you execute it, and can explain your reasoning to a mixed room
• Think in numbers, whether it's a funnel, a capacity model or a target, and show your working
• Have shipped something with AI in it, and know the gap between a demo and a product people trust

Nice to have

• Experience with conversational or AI-first products
• Familiarity with mutual funds, SIPs or personal finance in India
• Experience working alongside compliance or legal teams
