Job description

Who We're Looking For:

• Students from Tier-1 engineering institutions (IITs, NITs, BITS, IIITs, or equivalent premier institutes) preferred
• Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related discipline
• Prior experience through projects, research, or internships in AI/ML, Product Management, Technical Program Management, or product-focused technical roles is a plus
• Strong product mindset with an understanding of how user needs and business metrics influence product decisions
• Ability to think analytically and use data to drive strategic decision-making
• High ownership, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn emerging technologies and business concepts
• Passionate about building products that create measurable real-world impact

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Exposure with TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar AI frameworks
• Exposure building AI-powered applications, APIs, or automation workflows
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and AI/ML fundamentals
• Familiarity with LLMs, NLP, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, or workflow automation is a plus
• Basic understanding of product development methodologies and experimentation frameworks
