Job summary

Rippling in India is seeking a Product Manager to own the Rippling product in the Indian market. You will build deep market knowledge and work with design, engineering, legal and compliance to launch and continuously improve the product in India.

You will collaborate with sales, implementation, and support to ensure successful go-to-market and ongoing excellence. Ideal candidates have 6+ years PM experience, strong ownership, and a customer-first mindset.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, legal, and compliance, to drive execution and ensure you’re shipping successful product with velocity
• Stay close to the data – build a deep understanding of what’s required to hit our ambitious goals

About The Role

The product team owns Rippling’s product direction, defining what to build in order to solve customer problems in a way that allows them to succeed. We do this by intimately understanding the market, our customers, and the perspectives of our key stakeholders and synthesizing that into a product that is effective, efficient, and easy to use.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning the success of the Rippling product in India.
