Manager, Implementation - IT Product role at Rippling

About The Role

Rippling’s Product Specialist team ensures customers see incredible business transformation through our most complex products. This role manages a new team of IT Specialists to drive exponential impact of LTV and adoption.

Ideal candidate has experience leading teams, building processes and systems, driving operational rigor, implementing IT products (Apps, MDM, Okta, Azure), and working with cross‑functional stakeholders. Must handle ambiguity, unstructured situations, and scale while leading a high‑standard team.

What You Will Do

• Mentor, hire, and lead a team of product specialists.
• Drive an implementation team to meet KPIs: productivity, project completions, adoption thresholds, CSAT.
• Continuously measure the effectiveness and quality of IT implementations and make process improvements.
• Work cross‑functionally with sales, CX, and product managers to improve adoption, retention, and LTV.
• Use understanding of MDM, identity management, and other IT solutions (Google, Azure, Okta).
• Lead trainings for internal and external resources to increase overall knowledge of Rippling’s IT products.
• Actively contribute to product development through collaboration with sales, product, and engineering.
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams to fix bugs and launch new features.
• Serve as connector between engineering, product, and other customer‑facing teams.
• Organize beta programs and support GTM efforts for IT product launches.

What You Will Need

• 6+ years of experience implementing IT products; prior management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong prioritization and time management.
• Self‑starter with bias toward action, energized by fast‑paced environment and excited to build.
• Data and process‑centric leader with attention to detail and ability to solve complex, interdependent problems.
• Experience growing teams with learning mindset, people‑first attitude, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work with cross‑functional leaders to drive improvements to product and processes.

Note

• This is a hybrid role; you will work out of our Bangalore office three days a week.
• This job requires you to work in the EST shift.
