Job summary

Tarento seeks a Product Lead to own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for our language technology offerings, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and government/institutional stakeholders.

You will define strategy, gather requirements from diverse stakeholders, and translate them into shipped features while tracking metrics and iterating on data-driven feedback. Experience with AI/NLP products and complex stakeholder environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI/NLP or language-technology products (preferred, not mandatory)
• Experience managing technical products with multiple engineering stakeholders
• Comfort working in a multi-stakeholder, public-sector-adjacent environment

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for one or more of our language services.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from government bodies, partners, and end users.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into shipped features.
• Define success metrics, track product performance, and iterate based on data and feedback.
• Own product documentation and stakeholder communication, including senior/government stakeholders.

Technical Requirements

• Strong understanding of AI/NLP or language-technology products (preferred, not mandatory)

• Prior experience with multilingual/NLP or govtech products
