Job summary

Broadridge India is seeking an experienced Product Owner/Lead BA to join our Hyderabad-based team. You will own and prioritize the squad backlog, translate business and regulatory needs into actionable requirements, and collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Architecture to deliver robust financial solutions.

We value strong post-trade domain knowledge, effective backlog management, and hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence in agile environments across global time zones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in capital markets, securities processing, or financial services.
• 3+ years as a Product Owner, Lead BA, or similar role in Agile teams.
• Strong post-trade expertise (Clearance & Settlement, Reference Data, Books & Records, Account & Asset Servicing).
• Experience managing backlogs and defining user stories.

Responsibilities
