Job summary

The Sleep Company in Mumbai is building the data and tech backbone for its growing retail and e-commerce operations. You will design and launch data pipelines, establish infrastructure, and optimize workflows as we expand from the ground up.

You will own projects end-to-end, translate complex problems into practical solutions, and drive implementation with minimal supervision in an environment where processes are being created for the first time.

Responsibilities

• Set up data pipelines and technology stacks connecting frontend touchpoints with back-end systems.

• Troubleshoot bottlenecks and translate findings into concrete improvements.
• Own projects end-to-end from problem definition through rollout and iteration.

• You will partner with the team to implement technology and data infrastructure spanning retail channels, the e-commerce platform, and back-end operations
• You will architect and launch new systems during the company's early-stage expansion, often starting from first principles
• You will examine existing workflows critically, surface inefficiencies, and propose better approaches
• You will identify gaps, develop solutions, and drive implementation with minimal oversight

What you'll work on:

• Setting up data pipelines and technology stacks that connect front-end customer touchpoints with operational systems
• Designing processes and frameworks for teams that previously lacked formal structures
• Troubleshooting operational bottlenecks and translating findings into concrete improvements
