About the role:

• Formulate and implement strategies tailored to specific projects and programs
• Contribute to defining what products should do and articulate those requirements as user stories
• Conceive, pilot and scale experiments exploring new business opportunities
• Collaborate across multiple functions including engineering, product, data analytics, business, operations, finance and senior leadership
• Oversee program timelines by setting priorities, designing execution plans, and managing individual workstreams
• Own projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to tight deadlines
• Monitor progress on all active initiatives and communicate status to stakeholders
• Meet with lender central teams and regional partners as needed to advance program objectives

• Currently in your final year at a top-tier engineering or MBA institution
• Strong organizational capabilities to juggle multiple concurrent projects
• A mind that thinks both creatively and analytically
• Comfort thinking several steps ahead and breaking down complex problems
• Proven ability to partner effectively with leadership and senior stakeholders
• Familiarity working with numbers and data-driven decision making
• Experience with Excel
• Background in SQL or Tableau (preferred but not required)
