Job summary

Sugary is seeking product-minded interns who are passionate about tech and execution. You’ll write BRDs that actually make sense, sit with engineering and QA, and help translate ideas into concrete plans.

This is work-from-office in Mumbai with flexible timings around 7 hours, from 11 am to 8 pm. Stipend is Rs 10,000.

You’ll gain real ownership, participate in planning calls, perform functional testing, talk to users, and contribute to backlog grooming and market scans.

Qualifications

• Willingness to own tasks and drive outcomes.
• Ability to translate messy problems into clear requirements.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.

• Asks "wait, why" a lot
• Can turn a messy problem into a clear one on paper
• Doesn't need a task list to know what to do next
