Job summary

TITAN COMPANY’s IRTH division seeks a proactive Product Intern to support day-to-day product operations, NPD, and sales analysis. The role involves working with data, trackers, and presentations to move products from development to market.

You will gain hands-on exposure to product lifecycle, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to regular reports and reviews. Location is Bangalore, duration 3–6 months, with immediate start.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Coursework or interest in product management, retail, consumer behaviour, business analytics or data analysis would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support NPD activities, including sample tracking, feedback consolidation and follow-ups with relevant teams.
• Assist in collecting, analysing and presenting sales data across products, categories and channels.
• Prepare regular sales reports, product performance trackers and analysis to support business reviews and decision-making.
• Maintain and update product trackers, databases and operational reports.
• Support preparation of presentations and business review decks.
• Consolidate inputs from different teams and ensure product-related information is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with product reviews, competitor/market analysis and other product-related research as required.
• Support the Product team with day-to-day operational and analytical activities.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Product Intern to support the team across day-to-day product operations, New Product Development (NPD), sales analysis and reporting.

The role will involve working closely on product-related data, feedback, trackers and presentations, while gaining hands-on exposure to how a consumer product moves from development to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Educational Background
