Job summary

CNH Industrial Group in India seeks an experienced Regulatory Compliance professional to manage product homologation and regulatory requirements across the APAC region. You will coordinate with product teams, authorities, and legal to ensure compliant launches and ongoing registrations.

This role requires strong data handling and cross-functional collaboration. The candidate should have at least 5 years of technical experience, good English communication, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of technical experience in product/regulatory domains.
• Strong data accuracy and population of legal information.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient with MS Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Share product regulations applicable to new and current products.
• Support platforms, engineering and validation on regulatory interpretations.
• Liaise with service and authorities to obtain certifications and homologations.
• Lobby for company interests at regulatory forums to minimize complexity.
• Advise the Legal department on technical regulatory matters.
• Support brands with compliance declarations for sales and tenders.
• Assist dealers and customers with compliance documentation and inquiries.

Job Purpose

To manage product homologation activities and regulatory compliance requirements across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Share product regulations applicable to new and current products.
• Support product platforms, product engineering and product validation on interpretation and correct implementation of applicable product regulations.
• Liase with Technical Service and Approval Authorities to obtain mandatory third party product certifications and homologations.
• Lobby for Company interest at various regulatory committee / forums (national or regional), in order to minimize product complexity.
• Act as technical advisor to Legal department.
• Support brands and marketing with specific product compliance declarations to support sales and tenders.
• Support dealers and customers with specific documentation and assistance in case of compliance enquiries.

Experience Required

• Minimum technical experience (minimum 5 years)
• Precision in data population and in managing legal information
• Good English language spoken and written
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package and Computer skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Available for short business travels if necessary
