Job summary

CNH Industrial Group in India is seeking a senior supply chain professional to lead the tractor parts segment, align buying policy with regional initiatives, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to smooth supplies as per schedules.

You will oversee procurement, inventory management across third-party warehouses, and ensure timely delivery from suppliers, optimizing min-max levels and preventing stockouts.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of progressive supply chain management experience in Tractor/industry.
• 3+ Forecasting, planning and Procurement
• 5+ Supplier development and validation
• 5+ Item Development
• 2+ Manufacturing Process
• 2+ Technical Knowledge of whole goods, parts and its application
• 5+ years or more of experience Inventory Management
• 5+ years of experience in handling different suppliers – Machining, Casting, rubber, electrical and plastic

Responsibilities

• Managing Purchase & Procurement: To manage buying activities in collaboration with purchase, planning, suppliers, warehouse operations, finance, IQC & resolve any delivery issue, QC issue.
• Managing Inventory Management: To maintain the inventory flow with optimum stocks in hand & by managing the stocks at transporters (3rd party warehouse) as per varying Min-Max Levels and classed by criticality, cost & volumes.
• Managing Supply Chain: To plan, procure components and maintain the spares availability as per varying demand and to get delivered within the stipulated time frame from defined set of Suppliers.

Job Purpose

• Manage AG tractor segment Parts Management and ensure that the buying policy, strategy, and objectives are in line with the regional initiatives.
• Collaborate with other managers & team members to smooth Supplies as per the schedules.
• Arrange supplies and materialsaccording to specifications & schedules (right quantity at right time).
• Coordinate Warehousing team in line with warehousing procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Managing Purchase & Procurement: To manage buying activities in collaboration with purchase, planning, suppliers, warehouse operations, finance, IQC & resolve any delivery issue, QC issue.

Managing Inventory Management: To maintain the inventory flow with optimum stocks in hand & by managing the stocks at transporters (3rd party warehouse) as per varying Min-Max Levels of individual parts (categorized in Classes A, B, C based upon the criticality, cost & volumes) and manage milk run process from local suppliers.

Managing Supply Chain: To plan, procure components and maintain the spares availability as per the varying demand and to get delivered within the stipulated time frame from defined set of Suppliers.

Experience Required

• 12-15 years of progressive supply chain management experience in Tractor/industry

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is INR ₹2,300,000.00 - ₹2,600,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
