Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a Logistics Methods Specialist to act as the central referent for logistics projects, leading optimization initiatives for internal and external logistics. You will assess, design, analyze, and implement operational solutions to support new product launches and enhance logistics processes across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and logistics engineering.
• Experience with Material Planning and Logistics Engineering.
• Experience with MRP systems.
• Ability to conduct Value Stream Mapping to optimize logistics flows.
• Knowledge of PFEP for inventory optimization.
• Experience in 5S methodologies for workplace organization.
• Strong analytical skills for budget and forecast management.
• Experience with Power BI or QlikSense for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage logistics projects aimed at improving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and operational performance.
• Drive logistics process improvements (KAIZEN) in alignment with CNHI Business System strategy.
• Support the standardization, implementation, and enhancement of logistics processes, methods, and IT systems (WMS/ERP).
• Optimize material and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Design and refine logistics layouts and flows to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct Total Acquisition Cost Analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee logistics capacity management, ensuring readiness for production demands and scalability.
• Manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring alignment with SLAs.
• Develop and implement logistics cost deployment strategies for cost containment and optimization.
• Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs and SLAs, supporting plants in addressing performance gaps.

Job Purpose

As aLogistics Methods Specialist, you will be the central referent forlogistics special projects, leading and supporting initiatives related tointernal and external logistics optimization. You will be responsible for theassessment,design, analysis, and implementation of operational solutionsto supportnew product launches, enhancelogistics flows, improvelogistics processes/methods/systems, optimizecost containment, and ensurecapacity enhancement and information management.

This role requiresstrong analytical skills, project management capabilities, and cross-functional collaborationto drive efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement in logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is (INR) ₹ 25,798,500 - ₹42,997,500 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
