Job summary

MetaMorph, India\'s largest primary healthcare aggregator, seeks a Product Head to lead growth and strategy. Reporting to the Founder, you will drive new business avenues, product innovation, and strategic growth across a 4,500+ centres network.

You will shape data-first decisions, analyze consumer behavior, mentor a team, and ensure product-market fit with evolving client needs in a fast-scaling environment.

Qualifications

• 10-18 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Strong background in B2C, fintech, digital platforms, or founder experience.
• Proven track record in business growth, product strategy, and analytics-led decision making.
• Ability to think both strategically and execution-first.
• Age bracket: ~38-40 years (indicative, not restrictive).
• Comfortable working in a high-ownership, fast-scaling environment.
